Dynacons Stamping Methods

Day 1

Morning Session
Meet with Trainer and concrete crew.

Show Stampcrete Training Video

Trainer will go over complete Stampcrete System

Order concrete ready mix for 1:00 pm pour

Form area of 10" x 20" or area equal to 3 yards of concrete (see Step 1)

Trainer will show concrete crew how Stampcrete tools go together

Select color and release agent to be used and how color hardener is used

Trainer will go over basic concrete tools needed to place concrete

Trainer will explain how the color and the fiber is added to concrete truck

Afternoon Session
Placement of first concrete pour, adding color and fiber to concrete truck and mixing for 15 minutes. Floating Color Hardener (see Step 2).

Placing concrete with concrete crew

Screeding concrete and bull floating concrete along with edging concrete (see Step 3)

Applying color hardener and floating into concrete surface

Applying Stampcrete Color Release Agent to surface when surface is ready to stamp (see Step 4)

Stamp surface using Stampcrete Tool Set selected for area (see Step 5)

Clean-up of area, Stampcrete tools and all concrete tools used in session

Day 2

Morning Session
Remove Release Agent from concrete surface stamped on day one and learn how much Release Agent should be removed before sealing surface.

Learn where to place saw cuts or control joints in concrete surface

Pull concrete forms

Use pressure washer or garden hose with good pressure to remove release agent (see Step 6)

When surface is ready to stamp, apply Stampcrete Color Release Agent

Stamp surface using a different Stampcrete design

Seal the surface washed off the day before (see Step 7)

Clean-up of area and tools used

Receive Certificate upon completion of Training Program.
